This machine was built for a company in Wisconsin that builds architectural skylighting systems.  The machine had a Y Axis travel of 45 feet, and had 2 spindles mounted on one side of the gantry, with 2 sonic welding heads mounted on the other side.

This particular machine was built for a company in Ontario, Canada that builds sheets of slatwall for store fixtures and displays.  The machine has 10 identical spindles mounted, with 10 foot by 10 foot table coverage.

This machine was built for a company in Ohio that makes plastic chairmats.  It has 2 spindles with a 10 foot x 5 foot table coverage.  Tooling was key with this machine to get a nice finished product.

This machine was built for a company in Texas that build oil drilling pipes.  A rotary table was needed for drilling on a 4th Axis while the pipe turned.  The machine is capable of milling pipes up to 31 feet in length.
